 This Victoria House Value thing is easy, right? 

 

1. Unfortuantely, it is very hard to find your correct Victoria House value. Even during regular real estate markets, it was not very easy.  In most real estate markets, at least 30% of the homes on the listed on the market do not sell.

 

The three factors to consider when determining your Victoria House value are location, condition and price…..and they are related just like the legs on a three legged table.

 

LOCATION: Leg One
